We are permitted to trade in a TOBAN (total fire ban) however the below conditions must be followed.

We will Endeavor to work closely with you if this was to affect your event date and provide catering to the best of our abilities without being able to utilize the Woodfired oven.

  •  Alternatively (if not already booked for other catering purposes) we may utilize our gas fires Gozney brand pizza oven. Being gas, it is permitted for use in a TOBAN.

  •  This oven does have the ability to replicate our Woodfired pizzas but may result in a slowed/altered service due to capacity.
